The quality of the fish was of a very high quality. The other food items too were supremely delicious and of a high quality. Although the price range of this restaurant is a little high, the quality of the food that it serves is fresh and is very delicious. Criterion 2 The atmosphere of the restaurant was also good and there were great drinks at decent prices. The atmosphere and ambience of a restaurant plays an important role in the customer experience and satisfaction. The atmosphere of the restaurant, the Sole, was very nice and enjoyable. There were options for having meal in a sit down setting as well as having dinner at the bar. There were selections from the raw and sushi bar, which could be ordered only after 10 p.m. This restriction of time was a little disappointing. The analysis and the evaluation helped to find and indicate the loopholes and the drawbacks that exist within the business structure and organization of Oz Diner.
